Five Course ICC Dinner at the Camosun College Dunlop House Friday Feb 6

The Health Wellness and Sustainability Festival is partnering with Camosun College and the Island Chefs Collaborative to create an evening and dinner you will remember with fond memories. This is a five course gluten-free dinner, created by some of the top chefs and bakers in Victoria, and top chefs and bakers of the future.

Sandor Katz, author of the “Art of Fermentation” will be attending, and will give a brief talk on fermentation. The bulk of the proceeds are going to the Growing Chefs Program, a non-profit society, to educate children, families and community members about healthy eating and healthy food systems, and some to the students graduation party.

This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our islands talent, both established and the future.
