New Owner for Vancouver’s Cookworks Kitchenwares Stores

David Werner, CEO of Cookworks, has announced the sale of the popular specialty cook’s stores in downtown Vancouver to Jed Grieve of Cook Culture in Victoria.

After 32 years in the retail section Warner decided to make a career change and explore new opportunities. The sale will be effective August 1, 2014.

Says Warner, “I am confident that Jed Grieve, with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen retail sector, will bring a new level of energy, passion and commitment to expand the brand into the future. Jed’s experience, hands on approach, and deep knowledge for the category will be a great benefit to Vancouver’s culinary community.”
