It will be held at Camosun College Interurban Campus, Hubert Hall. This competition allows ten of Vancouver Island’s top chef’s free reign to showcase their skills, talents and creativity. Each chef provides all of the ingredients and prepares the products necessary for a four-course meal for twelve people to be enjoyed at a gala event following the competition. Each chef competitor has four and a half hours to prepare his or her menu with the assistance of a young cook. This event is open to all Vancouver Island Red Seal Chef’s.This promises to be the biggest COTY Gala Dinner to date.
