This year Diner En Blanc will take place June 26, 2014. EAT was invited to The London Chef to see some of the great foods that chef Dan Hayes is experimenting with for this years Diner En Blanc. Below is what The Diner En Blanc is, and some shots of the food!

Diner En Blanc has grown since its conceptualization by Francois Pasquier twenty-six years ago in Paris, to be an internationally held event, staying true to Pasquier’s original vision that combines elegance, etiquette and above all, enjoyment. On a summer evening the guests of this event meet at a designated spot in the city, at which point they’re transported to a secret location where the fun begins! Donned entirely in white, the guests set up their tables, chairs, glasses, silverware and white napery in neat rows and take their seats. Sparklers, white balloons, live music, dancing, wine, good conversation and good food, all combine to bring this rare and delightful evening to life.
