The idea is to help define Canadian Cuisine. Every month of 2015 will be dedicated to a specific region. At the start of each month, Edible Canada will host a public dinner for up to 75 people, showcasing the country’s top culinary talent with the best ingredients and stories from the lands. For the balance of each month, the Edible Canada culinary team, led by Chef de Cuisine Tyler Dallner, will collaborate with the regional chefs to develop a tasting menu that showcases the bounty of the respective regions. These items will run for the duration of the month.Their Bar Manger, Zack Shave, will create drink specials each month that reflect the specialties of each area and pair perfectly with each dish. You can purchase each dinner separately, or experience the whole edible journey right from one coast to another.
