Jentsch Cellars was the top scoring red in a blind tasting dubbed the “Judgment of BC” held in Vancouver on August 25th. 12 wines (6 Syrah and 6 Chardonnay) from B.C. and 12 “acknowledged global benchmark” wines were tasted blind by a professional tasting panel that included famed British wine critic and consulting editor of Decanter Magazine Steven Spurrier along with a group of esteemed Canadian wine experts.
