In between pours, they will answer your questions and share their knowledge. In addition to beer, wine and cider, the booming distillery sector will be well represented in the room. Gin has come a long way from the bathtub on Vancouver Island! 19+ only for the Spirits Room.Meet the chefs, the caterers and fine food purveyors in the Tastes Room. In between samples, ask them about their sourcing and preparation.They say you should age with dignity.
