Lobster in the GardenHart House Restaurant at Deer Lake is once again holding its summer garden party series. Each evening starts with a casual wine tasting from the featured region, followed by dinner en plein air in the estate’s garden and live music. The first night is Wednesday, June 22 and features a lobster feast for $60 per person. Reservations are only accepted by phone at 604.298.4278. The five-course dinner will take place on Saturday, June 18 at 6:30pm, and costs $65 per person. Menu includes rare seared albacore tuna and white gazpacho, paired with the Sun God Wheat Ale, grilled Fraser Valley quail with Red Devil Pale Ale, and dark chocolate dessert paired with East Side Bitter.
