His voluptuous table featuredan array of plump spot prawns, countless Littlewing oysters, mussels tossed in lemon juice and garlic, and bowls of glistening scallop slices and crab pieces to be added at the very last momentto the creamy Parmesan risotto being stirred up and served to grateful guests. All of these dishes will be served up at the Sips and Seafood event the evening of Friday, July 22. But Chef Ito is also keeping a surprise seafood dish up his sleeve (which hopefully is not too messy) for the Main Event on Friday. The latest scoop is that the surprise involves sablefish, which is reason enough to check it out.
