Atlas Pop-Up Series #1: Part and Parcel – Ticket Sales Start Today

Time to get your pop-up on: Liam Quinn of Salt and Pepper Fox and local artist and designer Caleb Beyers of Caste Projects are getting ready to launch their new Atlas pop-up cocktail and dining series on Sunday, January 17.

Hosted at Part and Parcel, Victoria chefs Liam Quinn (Salt and Pepper Fox), Grant Gard (Part and Parcel) and Victoria-born, Calgary-based chef Dave Bohati (Calgary Gold Medal Plate Winner, 2014) will kick-off the Atlas series with a 7-course tasting menu with drink pairings (6pm and 8:30pm seatings).

Early in their careers, the three chefs cut their teeth together on the lines of some of Victoria’s best-loved restaurants and the reunion event will be certain to highlight the years of cumulative experience these chefs have gained since their youthful days of pushing plates and spiking chits.

The series will reoccur monthly with cocktails and nibbles at yet-to-be-disclosed locations, with a feature pop-up dinner every three months.
