Dine Around Victoria Kicks Off with a Menu Launch on Feb 18

The Greater Victoria Visitors & Convention Bureau (Tourism Victoria) and the BC Restaurant & Foodservices Association (BCRFA), Victoria Branch, are once again teaming up to organize the 13th Annual Dine Around & Stay in Town Victoria event from February 19 to March 6, 2016.

Each year participating restaurants in Dine Around offer a three-course menu, with a minimum of two options per course, at a cost of either $20, $30, $40 or $50 per person, and participating accommodations offer room rates from $79, $99 or $129 per night. Both locals and visitors alike will delight in the wide range of culinary experiences and host of world-class accommodations to be had in the Greater Victoria area. This is an opportunity to visit old favourites or discover new ones.

Be the first to sample some of the restaurants’ bites at the Menu Launch on Thursday, February 18 at the Victoria Conference Centre. More than 15 restaurants prepare bite-sized samples to showcase their Dine Around menus and serve liquid libations from many of B.C.’s finest craft breweries and 17 VQA wineries. Tickets for this event are $45 for the general public and available online, at Tourism Victoria’s Visitor Centre and Spinnakers Spirit Merchant stores.
