EAT’s Guide to Take-out, Delivery, and Patios

With the new restrictions, restaurant patios, take-out, and delivery are major players in the upcoming few weeks of spring. As the past year has shown, this is an ongoing process, with many changes, so we encourage you to use the links to check the establishments’ websites and social media posts (Instagram/Facebook) for their most up-to-date information.

If you are not seeing the list of places below, you need to turn off the ad blocker on the web browser you’re using.

This guide is intended to help determine which establishments in Victoria and surrounding areas are offering take-out, delivery or have a patio available. You can filter by take-out, delivery, and/or patio. This list is being monitored and will be updated as information is sent to EAT. Any updates and new information can be sent to editor@eatmagazine.ca

       At this time, with some exceptions:

• Liquor stores are open, even those that are attached to pubs (for example – Monkey Tree, Spinnakers).
• Breweries, wineries, cideries, distilleries, coffee purveyors and other beverage makers are offering pick-up or delivery and may have patios for tastings (their tasting rooms are closed).
• Grocery and health stores are open (for example – Root Cellar, Lifestyles Markets).
• Bakeries, butchers, and specialty food shops are open (for example – Fol Epi, Fry’s, The Whole Beast/Village Butcher, Farm & Field, Charelli’s)
• Gift cards are always a great way to support our favourite places and send the gift of a meal to a friend or someone in need.

Please note that we are concentrating on food and drink establishments and providers at this time.
