This casual yet immersive culinary experience will reflect the skills and personalities of the talented, award-winning chef team, allowing them the freedom to test potential new menu items and let their creativity shine.“We wanted to create an affordable dining experience that not only brings people together but also allows our team to have some serious fun in the kitchen,” says Chef Brian Tesolin. “This multi-course, family-style dining series gives us the chance to create a very innovative yet approachable menu that best represents the incredible produce found in our region – summer berries, apricot, nectarines alongside beans, summer squash in July and red fruits, squashes, chanterelle, pine and oyster mushrooms later in the summer.”In collaboration with de Vine Wines & Spirits from the Saanich Peninsula, The Courtney Room’s first family dinner kicks-off on Sunday July 14, 2019 at 7:00pm ($35/person). de Vine Wines will be available at special prices, with owner Kirsten Titcombe on hand to answer any questions and provide insight into their hand-crafted approach. Alternatively, guests can opt for cocktail pairings ($30/person, 3 cocktails or $12/cocktail).
