Written By Guest Writer Folks / Reporter / Victoria Dec 19, 2016 Fernwood Lights Recap SHARE VIA: Facebook Twitter PinterestNovember 27, 201 4-6:30 pmIt was a magical evening in the Fernwood village for the recently held first annual Fernwood Lights. The Fernwood NRG hosted it’s winter fundraiser as a sister event to the ever popular Fernwood Bites. This was a rain or shine affair and although the rain did make an appearance it did not hinder the spirit of the event. Under the sparkling lights patrons went from stations inside and out sipping and tasting under tents and candlelight venues. Live entertainment provided by Made in Alchemy lit up the street and there was a silent auction stationed at the Fernwood Yoga Den. It was a success for the NRG and the event will be one to put on your list for next year, as it no doubt will continue to grow – just like the eclectic Fernwood Community does.Participating this year: The Fernwood Inn, Stage Wine Bar, Cornerstone Café, Aubergine Specialty Foods, Hungry Rooster and Norte Street Food trucks, Silk Road Tea, the Belfry Theatre, Tonic Spa-tique. Luminous Forest Project, Picot Collective and 7Rays.Words and Photography by Sherri Martin SHARE VIA: Facebook Twitter Pinterest Written By: Guest Writer We get many people writing guest articles for us, as well as past contributors.
