The dinner is a partnership between the Health, Wellness & Sustainability Festival, Camosun College and the Island Chef Collaborative for a 5-course gluten-free dinner. Proceeds are going to the Growing Chefs Program a non-profit society, to educate children, families and community members about healthy eating and healthy food systems. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our islands talent, both established and the future.Testimonials from the first dinner on February 7, 2015:I could have been visiting a wealthy relative in England when I walked into the Dunlop House. Especially when I sat down to the exquisitely arranged dining room table. But the meal itself was like being in France, with each of the beautifully presented 5 courses a delight to both senses of taste and vision. This wasn’t just dining, but a dining experience, and for that I am grateful. -Leeann Moir Early bird tickets:$75 per personor$560 for a table of eightRegular Pricing$85 per person or$600 for a table of eightTickets at Healthandwellnessfestival.ca, Origin Bakery, Island Chef Collaborative SHARE VIA: Facebook Twitter Pinterest Written By: Guest Writer We get many people writing guest articles for us, as well as past contributors.
