From the Bar Soole: Celebrating World Cocktail Week Locally

World Cocktail Week is upon us again from May 6-13. World Cocktail Week is a week long fundraiser for the Museum of the American Cocktail in New Orleans. The event was established to promote better understanding and appreciation of the art of the cocktail and its history, and responsible drinking. The date commemorates the first definition of the term Cocktail in print in the 1806 edition of The Balance and Columbian Repository. The WCW fundraiser also raises much needed revenue to help pay for museum operating costs throughout the year and for our mixology series.

Clive’s will be participating in their second WCW with the feature cocktails running all week. Here is a sneak peek at the creations – both new and old.
