From the Bar Soole: Sandy Blonde & Buffalo’s Roam

Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka is a rye based vodka made in Poland and flavoured with tincture of buffalo grass. It is traditionally enjoyed chilled or served over ice with fresh apple juice and a squeeze of lime. If you’re feeling slightly more adventurous, here are some other cocktails to try at home.

SANDY BLONDE (on the right)
1 oz Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
1 oz Calvados
1/2 oz Elderflower cordial
dash of Fee’s Peach Bitters
1 oz Lime juice
Shake with ice and double strain into a large coupette. Garnish with a lime wheel.
BUFFALO’S ROAM (on the left)
1 1/2 oz Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
1 oz Giffard Pink Grapefruit Liqueur
Dashes of Fee’s Peach Bitters
2 inches of cucumber
Muddle cucumber, add other ingredients, shake with ice and double strain into a small coupette.
