Written By Guest Writer Chefs / Folks Nov 25, 2013 ICC “Christmas Shaker” Party Ticket Giveaway SHARE VIA: Facebook Twitter PinterestJoin the Island Chef Collaborative for a formal evening with live entertainment from The Broken Strings and incredible canapés and cocktails, all benefiting the Island Chefs’ Collaborative (ICC) loan fund that supports increasing local food production and the creation of the charitable Victoria Community Food Hub that will support local food banks and while incubating food based businesses.This exuberant Christmas party will be held in the Historic Car Shop Building at Bayview Place on Sunday, December 8 from 7pm-midnight. ICC Chefs will create canapés of local food to pair with Christmas cocktails from some of Victoria’s best Mixologists.Tickets are available online for $50. Drink tickets will be available for purchase at the event for $2.50.
