Macaron Day! March 20th

Today pâtisseries all over the world are putting their best macaron forward to celebrate Macaron Day. Here in Victoria Bon Macaron Patisserie is ready. They’ve prepared a special tutti frutti macaron with the logo of the Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Foundation, in support of children with disabilities and health challenges on the Island.

In Kelowna, Sandrine French Pastry and Chocolate has been celebrating the big day since 2012. This year, there are new flavours like strawberry-champagne, chocolate-mint and cassis-violet as well as the classics, there’s sure to be some favourites for everyone. 25% of all macaron sales in all participating locations will be donated to the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation’s Be a Lifesaver Campaign.
