A Meat and Bread tradition in Vancouver, the Turducken will make its first Victoria appearance on December Monday (22nd) & Tuesday (23rd) at the Yates Street location. (Turducken will also be available at the Gastown & Pender locations in Vancouver.)The Turducken is the ultimate holiday sandwich consisting of Yarrow Meadow duck sausage stuffed inside boneless chicken thigh, then stuffed inside a whole boneless turkey—all in a bun with smoked chestnut stuffing, charred Brussels sprouts, yam and cranberry mostarda.
