We are pleased to announce that Wild Sweets® By Dominique & Cindy Duby is a proud recipient of the 2013 Best Chocolatiers & Confectioners in America Awards from TasteTV and the International Chocolate Salon, an organization based in San Francisco, USA. This is not the first award for Wild Sweets®. In the fall of 2012 it won several Gold Medals as well as the Best Overall Chocolate Bar (cocoa bean-to-bar) competition. Wild Sweets® By Dominique & Cindy Duby is Canada’s only science-based artisan cocoa bean-to-bar chocolate-maker. It evolved from a 3-year research and development project in collaboration with the University of British Columbia, and is scheduled to culminate in the opening of a retail chocolate boutique in Vancouver, BC, later this year. More details will follow as they become available. This unique retail concept will allow Wild Sweets® By Dominique & Cindy Duby to join an exclusive group of a few premium sweet boutiques in the world that combine “Chocolatier | Cacaotier | Pâtissier” as one company. By keeping the entire retail boutique focus on everything chocolate and making all our chocolate products, including modern pastries and desserts, from our own cocoa bean-to-bar chocolate, the Wild Sweets® By Dominique & Cindy Duby retail boutique will offer consumers a luxurious range of internationally critically acclaimed chocolate products that are unique in the chocolate world!
