The event takes place at the Lions Hall at 7 PM.Saturday is a prep day to get last minute details in place and get the Apple Collection at Fulford set up. Organizers are hoping to top 300 varieties, all arranged alphabetically, and all grown organically on Salt Spring Island. Sixteen farms are participating this year, from the Burton’s , Apple Luscious Organic Orchard, (a wild orchard) to the Beddis Castle (a beautifully manicured waterfront estate, where deer wander freely through the property).For more information on Apple Festival, click here.
