’09 Viognier $19.50/bottle

This wine is pale gold in color with aromas of ripe apricot and pineapple, stone fruit with touch of orange blossom and tangerine. Fresh and crisp – intense flavours of tropical fruit mingle on the palate. Well balanced.

’08 Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon Blend

This wine is pale gold in colour with aromas of gooseberry and citrus notes. This wine changes with every sip. At first it is crisp and grassy along with gooseberry flavors, then grapefruit, guava and passion fruit follow on the palate. There is vibrant acidity on the palate with pleasing tropical fruit flavors. This wine is crisp and complex with a long finish.

’10 Sauvignon Blanc $19.50/bottle

Golden straw in colour. Aromas of pineapples, peaches and a touch of honey leap from the glass. Crisp acidity with lingering notes of apple, pear and pineapple on the palate. Medium-bodied wine, with plenty of fruit fullness with a long, clean finish.

’07 Chardonnay  (Barrel Fermented) $20.00/bottle

Light gold in colour, aromas of spice pear, butterscotch, wet stone rise from the glass. Light toast on the palate, followed by flavours of peach, lemon peel and caramel. This wine has great acidity with a wonderful mineral finish.

’06 Pentâge  $28/bottle

This current release of our flagship wine is a blend of 46 % Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon,15% Cabernet Franc, 2.5 % Syrah and 1.5% Gamay Noir.

This wine is deep garnet red in colour, with aromas of blackcurrant, milk chocolate and a hint of leather. Flavors of blackberries, ripe cherries, toasted oak with a touch of spice all blend harmoniously. Rich and smooth this wine offers fine tannins with an elegant finish. Enjoyable now with decanting or cellar for years to come.

’10 Gamay  $19.50/bottle

Deep ruby red in colour. Bright aromas of fresh red berries and cherry carry through to the palate with a touch of spice notes on the finish. This medium bodied wine is well balanced with supple tannins and a smooth finish.
