Spinach & Mango Smoothie

Eat like an athlete! Jessica says smoothies are important because they are an excellent source of enzymes and antioxidants, which are very essential for muscle recovery. The body also easily absorbs blended fruits and vegetables because there is so little work required for digestion. “What an excellent way to get greens into your body!”

 

Ingredients:

1 mango

1 banana

1 cup of water

1 bunch of spinach

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to the blender & blend until smooth
