Terroir 2015 Food Menu Announced

Terroir Symposium 2015 has just released the food menu for this year’s event and the theme is street food. They’ve got an incredible line up and a diverse set of tastes and flavours.

This year’s out of town chefs include Chris Hamburger, Stagger Lee’s, Benjamin Dennis, BJ Dennis : Food + Culture, Dannielle Judie, NOLA Girl Food Truck and Catering, Edward Song, Korilla Food Truck, and Kiki Aranita and Chris Vacca, Poi Dog Snack Shop.
