With a wine list of approximately 60 wines, a wine preservation system allows The Courtney Room to serve more than 20 wines by the glass, including 4 sparkling. Anna and Adrian Gatt, Food & Beverage Manager, have curated a wine list that represents the best of varietals and regions. British Columbia wines are showcased, and French wines are well represented.Look for the best in spirits, beer and cider, including a selection from Vancouver Island. The cocktail program includes the classics, as well as some house originals.The Room Taking cues from the old grand dame hotels of Paris, Sharon Bortolotto of BBA Design was inspired by the classic French bistro. The Courtney Room boasts high ceilings, and is layered with elements of Art Nouveau to create a casually elegant ambience.
