Visit the only truffle orchard producing Bianchetto truffles (Tuber borchii) in British Columbia, in fact, in all of Canada. This truffle is native to the Mediterranean region but now cultivated in a very few orchards in North America. Participate in a real harvest with truffle dogs. Learn about cultivating Mediterranean truffles in BC by chatting with truffle experts. Join the handler-truffle dog foraging on this truffle foraging expedition in South Langley and sample some truffle hors-d’oeuvres
