Update: Winter Okanagan Wine Festival – January 14-22, 2012

Sun Peaks, BC (January 10, 2012) – Four events are already sold out and less than 70 tickets are available for the signature event of the 14th annual Winter Okanagan Wine Festival at Sun Peaks Resort. The Progressive Tasting takes place on Friday, January 20.

 

The nine day festival kicks off in Canada’s Alpine Village this Saturday evening with a total of 24 wineries participating throughout the event, including Nk’Mip, Ex Nihilo and Little Straw Vineyards.

 

Tickets are still available to several popular events during the festival, including an intimate Wine Masters Dinner at Servus on Creekside, the Mixology to Music at Powder Hounds, and the brand new seminar From Russia with Love…and Wine…and Vodka.

 

Sold out events include both M Room Fondue dinners, the Medal Winners Tasting and the Port & Cheese: After the Après Social.

 

Ticket prices range from $20 to $120 and there are package options available which include accommodation and alpine lift tickets.
